Private Art Parties

Celebrate, create and make something memorable together at Hightower Art House!

Private art parties are perfect for birthdays, girls’ nights, family gatherings, church groups, team-building events and other special occasions. Your group will receive private use of the studio, guided art instruction and all materials needed to complete the selected project.

Private Party Pricing

Standard private art parties begin at $500 for up to 10 participating guests. Each additional participating guest is $50, with online booking available for groups of up to 15.

Specialty and mixed-media projects begin at $600 for up to 10 participating guests. Final pricing depends on the project and materials selected.

Planning for more than 15 participants? Larger groups may be available depending on the project and required setup. Please call Hightower Art House at 269-999-7111 or email us before booking.

Choose Your Project

Select a project from the Hightower Art House Private Party Project Gallery. Project choices may include:

• Guided canvas painting

• Paint Your Person portrait painting

• Mixed-media art

• Seasonal projects

• Custom project requests

If you have your own idea or inspiration image, you may submit it with your request. Custom projects must be approved in advance and may require additional preparation or material fees. Inspiration images will be used to develop a Hightower Art House version of the project.

For Paint Your Person parties, a clear reference photo for every participating guest must be submitted by the required deadline.

What’s Included

Your private party includes:

• A private studio reservation for up to three hours

• Professional art instruction

• Canvas or selected project surface

• Paint and project materials

• Easels, brushes and aprons

• Setup and cleanup

Private events are generally available on Friday evenings and select Saturday and Sunday dates.

Request Your Private Party

Submit the form below with your preferred project, estimated number of guests and requested dates. Your submission is a request and does not guarantee that the date is available.

Once your project, guest count and date have been confirmed, you will receive an invoice and instructions for securing your reservation. Your event date is not reserved until the required reservation payment has been received.
